Every custom stand is thoughtfully handcrafted to create a one of a kind piece designed to be cherished used and loved for years to come.

Immediately after purchasing your custom tiered stand you will receive an automatic email from Hello@tiersofjoytx.comwith detailed shipping instructions including where to send your china how to safely package your plates and what to expect throughout the process.

Customers are welcome to package and ship their china using their preferred carrier and materials.

For those looking for a more seamless experience we also offer the optional Tiers of Joy Shipping Kit designed to make the process simple and stress free. Our shipping kits include thoughtfully selected packaging materials along with a prepaid shipping label so your china can safely make its way to our studio.

Once your china arrives we will notify you and begin bringing your vision to life from plate combinations and sizing to overall style and finishing details.

Current turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks from the time your china is received depending on order volume and design complexity.
