Whether your pieces come from a grandmother’s cabinet a wedding registry or a treasured vintage discovery each custom stand is thoughtfully created to honor the memories behind it while giving your china new life in your home.

HOW IT WORKS

Custom tiered stands are priced at $75 per stand and are prepaid at the time of purchase. This reserves your place in our production schedule and allows us to begin planning your custom piece.

Immediately after checkout you will receive an automatic email from Hello@tiersofjoytx.com with detailed shipping instructions including where to send your china how to safely package your plates and what to expect throughout the process.

Customers are welcome to package and ship their china using their preferred carrier and materials.

For those looking for a more seamless experience we also offer the optional Tiers of Joy Shipping Kit. This premium add on includes thoughtfully selected packaging materials along with a prepaid shipping label designed to make sending your china to us simple and stress free. Once your stand is complete we will carefully package it in our signature Tiers of Joy storage box and ship it safely back to you ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

As soon as your china arrives at our studio we will notify you and provide an estimated completion date. Current turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks from the time your plates are received depending on order volume and design complexity.

Every custom stand is handcrafted using your personal china and carefully finished using professional grade equipment and techniques developed through thousands of heirloom transformations. Because each piece is uniquely created for you all custom orders are final and non refundable once production begins.
