📦 Returns & Damages Policy

At Tiers of Joy, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packed with love. Due to the delicate and custom nature of our products, all sales are final—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing tiersofjoy2024@gmail.com with:

• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

• A photo of the shipping box and packaging

• Your order number

All claims must be submitted within this 24-hour window and must include photographic evidence. Eligible claims will be addressed through replacement or refund, based on availability and at our discretion.
